摘 要:印染废水色度高、脱色难,在对其脱色处理中以絮凝沉淀法为代表的物化处理法得到广泛应用。但是单独使用常规无机絮凝剂时脱色效果并不理想,因此通常与有机絮凝剂复配使用。实际印染废水大多含有阴离子染料,阳离子型有机絮凝剂以吸附能力强、用量少、脱色率高、受温度和pH值及共存盐类影响小等优点被越来越多的印染废水处理行业所重视。综述了用于印染废水脱色处理的各类阳离子型絮凝剂的研究进展,包括合成的阳离子型聚胺类、季胺盐类、聚睛类絮凝剂和天然的阳离子型淀粉类、壳聚糖类等絮凝剂,并展望了其未来的研究方向。The dyeing effluent has high chroma and is difficult to be decolorized. The physicochemical treatment represented by flocculation precipitation has been widely used owing to its decolorization treatment. However, in the decolorization treatment stage, the conventional inorganic flocculant can't achieve ideal effects, so it needs to be compounded with the organic flocculants. The actual dyeing effluent mostly contains anionic dyes. Cationic organic flocculants are accepted by more and more dyeing mills because of their strong adsorption, low dosage, high decolorizatio n rate and low in flue nee by temperature, pH value and coexisting salts. This paper summarizes the research progress of various types of cationic flocculants for the decolorizati on of anionic dye waste water, and the trends of its research and development are forecasted.
