摘　　要：竞争情报是企业成功进行科技创新活动的重要途径,提出竞争情报对企业科技创新的作用,结合竞争情报流程构建企业科技创新过程,具体分析竞争情报在每个阶段发挥的作用,提出企业科技创新过程,指出企业利用竞争情报开展科技创新活动的具体途径,为企业的科技创新提供理论指导和依据。Competitive intelligence is an important way for enterprises to successfully carry out scientific and technological innovation activities. It proposes the role of competitive intelligence in technological innovation of enterprises ,combines the process of competitive intelligence to construct the process of technological innovation of enterprises ,analyzes the role of competitive intelligence at each stage, and proposes the process of technological innovation of enterprises. It points out the specific ways for enterprises to use competitive intelligence to carry out scientific and technological innovation activities, and provides theoretical guidance and basis for enterprises' scientific and technological innovation.
