摘  要:以羊粪为原料,将菌菇渣和秸秆作为调理剂进行为期30 d好氧堆肥,研究调理剂含量对堆肥效果和堆肥产品的影响。分析堆肥过程中堆体温度、含水率、pH值、电导率和总有机质随堆肥时间变化情况,并通过测定堆肥前后C/N值的变化和堆肥产品种子发芽指数(GI)来评价堆肥的腐熟度。结果表明,羊粪、菌菇渣和秸秆按照湿重比7:1.5:1.5进行堆肥时,堆体升温最快,种子发芽指数达到88%,堆肥效果最好。Aerobic composting using sheep dung as raw material, mushroom slag and straw as a conditioning agent aerobic composting was carried out for 30 days to study the effect of amendments on the composting. The changes of temperature, water content, pH value, conductivity and the total organic matter during the composting were monitored. The compost maturity was evaluated by determining the changes of the C/N value and germination indexes. The results indicated that the treatment with the proportion of sheep dung, mushroom residue and straw by wet weight at 7:1.5:1.5 showed the best performance among the three treatments, the germination index could reach to 88%, which exhibited the best composting effect.
