摘  要:在当前经济全球化趋势下,随着物联网、云计算、人工智能等信息技术的快速发展和广泛应用,现代制造企业所面临的竞争也日益激烈。针对设备联网率低、自动工艺过程缺乏、无法有效记录回溯运行状态等问题,设计了一套基于物联和传感技术的智能生产系统。该系统已成功应用于实际生产中,并已开展多个高速背板连接器生产企业的试点应用。Under the current trend of economic globalization, and the rapid development and wide application of information technology such as internet of things, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, the competition faced by modern manufacturers is becoming increasingly fierce. Aiming at the problems of low networking rate, lack of automatic process, and inability to record backtracking status, the paper proposes key solutions of an intelligent production system based on internet of things and sensing technologies. The designed system has been successfully applied in the actual production and has been piloted by several high-speed backplane connector manufacturers.
