摘 要:在利用振动加速度信号检测柴油机工作状态时,为在仅提取较少时域特征参数的前提下获得相对较高识别率,提出适用于往复机械状态检测的正交振动信号法。在气缸盖顶部和侧部互相垂直方向上分别安装振动加速度传感器,采集振动信号,提取时域特征参数。将只考虑单一方向振动信号、同时考虑2个方向振动信号,所对应特征参数分别作为广义回归神经网络(GRNN)的输入特征向量,对多种工况下发动机工作状态进行识别。实验表明:采用发动机缸盖顶部和侧部互相垂直方向上的这一对正交振动加速度信号是一种具有较大工程应用价值的往复机械工作状态检测方法。In the process of diesel engine working state detection by using the vibration acceleration signals,in order to obtain high identification rate on the premise of only extracting fewer characteristic parameters in time-domain,a state detection method by orthogonal vibration signal for reciprocating machinery is presented.Two vibration acceleration sensors are installed perpendicular to each other at the top and side of the cylinder head of the engine.The vibration signals are collected,and the time-domain characteristic parameters are extracted.When the vibration signal in one direction is considered,and when the vibration signals in both directions are considered,the corresponding characteristic parameters are used respectively as the input eigenvectors of the generalized regression neural network(GRNN),to identify the working state of the engine under various working conditions.Experiments show that using this pair of orthogonal vibration signals perpendicular to each other is a method of reciprocating machinery state detection with great engineering application value.
