摘 要:针对农机制造多供应商配送多物料至核心制造商的“M-N-1”物料配送模式缺乏协同物料配送期量标准问题,以拖拉机制造为研究对象探索其协同物料配送策略.以供应商配送成本、时间惩罚成本及制造商库存维持成本最小为优化目标,建立基于模糊软时间窗的供应商协同物料配送期量优化模型.通过仿真优化,确定了物料配送期量标准,实现了配送期量与生产顺序相协同,且与农机企业淡旺季明显的生产特征相适应,为农机企业提升市场响应能力和竞争能力奠定了理论基础.In order to solve the problem that the “M-N-1” material distribution mode of multi-supplier and multi-material distribution to core manufacturer in agricultural machinery manufacturing lacked the standard of collaborative material distribution,the collaborative material distribution strategy of tractor manufacturing was explored.Based on the fuzzy soft time window,a supplier collaborative material distribution model was established to minimize the total cost of supplier distribution,time penalty and manufacturer inventory maintenance.The simulation optimization model was used to search the quantity and times of supplier material delivery.It was not only a coordination between material delivery and production sequence,but adapted to the production characteristics of the obvious off-peak season of agricultural machinery enterprises.A theoretical foundation was established to enhance market responsiveness and competitiveness for agricultural machinery enterprises.
