摘 要:提升机构作为侧装式垃圾车关键部位,尺度综合是产品设计的重要环节.基于位移矩阵法提出了针对连杆提升机构的尺度综合方法,并根据作业要求对液压缸的铰点位置进行了解析综合.通过运动学及力学分析,建立了该机构作业过程中的数学模型,结合算例给出了该尺度参数下机构运动规律及液压缸推力特性,从而验证了综合结果及模型的合理性;给出了进一步研究中相关参数确定的数值依据,同时所建立各参数间映射关系可为该机构的优化提供参考.As a key component of side loading garbage truck,the dimension synthesis of hoisting mechanism is an important issue in the process of product design.A method of dimension synthesis for the linkage mechanism is proposed based on displacement matrix method,and the position of the hinge point of the hydraulic cylinder is analytically synthesized according to the requirements of operation.The mathematical model of the mechanism in the process of operation is established by means of kinematic and mechanical analysis.Based on the case of numerical examples,the movement rule and the thrust characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder of the mechanism are given.And the comprehensive results show that the result of dimension synthesis and the rationality of the model are verified.The basis for determining the relevant parameters is given in further research.The mapping relationship among the parameters can provide reference for the optimization of the mechanism.
