摘  要:为明确枣果实生长发育期枝条主要矿质营养元素含量的变化规律,以4年生嫁接的木枣、团枣为试材,测定了在果实生长发育期枣枝中钾、钙、铁、锰、铜元素的含量。结果表明:1)在果实生长发育期,木枣和团枣枝中钙、锰元素含量的变化规律不一致,钾、铁、铜元素含量的变化规律比较一致。2)枣枝中5种主要矿质元素含量大小顺序为:钙>钾>铁>锰>铜。3)在果实发育期,就钾、钙、铁、锰而言,大多时期团枣枝中含量均高于木枣,而对于铜元素,则是木枣枝中含量较高。得出,枣枝中钙、锰元素含量的变化规律在品种间差异较大,钾、铁、铜元素则差异较小;枝中钙元素含量显著高于钾元素,枣枝中钙水平与其抗裂性没有直接的相关性。The content of K, Ca, Fe, Mn, Cu in branch of 4-year grafted Muzao and Tuanzao were determined during growth development period of fruit for making clear the change law of the main mineral element in branch of jujube. The results showed that 1) The change law of Ca, Mn content of Muzao and Tuanzao was not consistent during growth development period of fruit, and that of K, Fe and Cu were consistent. 2) The order of the main mineral element content in branch of jujube was Ca>K>Fe>Mn>Cu from high to low. 3) During growth development period of fruit, K, Ca, Fe and Mn content in branch of Tuanzao was higher than that of Muzao, while for Cu, that of Muzao was higher. It concluded that there was greater difference between jujube variety on change law of Ca and Mn content in branch, while for K, Fe and Cu, the difference of that was less;Ca content in jujube branch was higher than K content in that. Ca level of jujube branch was not related with crack resistance of jujube directly.
