摘 要:井下安全监控系统可通过实时采集钻进过程中各种地面信息、井下信息来对钻井风险进行预测,并且自动给出消除风险或降低风险的建议,能够有效降低复杂事故时率、提高钻井时效。分别从原理样机功能试验、实现定型试验、效果验证试验等3个阶段对井下安全监控系统现场试验及应用进行深入探讨,得出结论:该系统可有效提高深部复杂地层钻井条件下高风险井、高成本井的安全钻井水平,安全可靠,打破了国外在这一技术上的长期垄断,填补了国内技术空白。The down hole safety monitoring system can predict drilling risks by collecting various ground information and the down hole information in the drilling process in real time, and automatically give suggestions for eliminating or reducing risks, which can effectively reduce the rate of complex accidents, and improve drilling timeliness. The field test and application of the underground safety monitoring system were deeply discussed from the three stages of the prototype function test, the stereotype test and the effect verification test. It was concluded that the system can effectively improve drilling level of the high-risk wells and high-cost wells under deep complex formation drilling conditions, it was reliable, and brok the long-term monopoly of foreign companies in this technology and filled the domestic technology gap.
