摘　　要：氧化锆全瓷因其良好的性能被广泛应用于牙体修复中,在使用氧化锆全瓷的过程中粘接剂是必不可少的辅助材料,而且粘接剂的性能直接影响着氧化锆全瓷的粘接效果。文章主要研究不同的粘接剂在氧化锆全瓷粘接中的应用成效对比。首先选择四类不同的粘接剂,制作实验样本,然后通过剪切实验和微渗漏实验检测不同粘接剂应用于氧化钴全瓷中的效果。最后通过SPSS软件分析实验数据。研究结果表明树脂类粘接剂的粘接性能要比玻璃离子类粘接剂的好。Zirconium oxide all-ceramics are widely used in dental restorations due to their good properties.Adhesives are an indispensable auxiliary material in the process of using zirconia all-ceramics,and the performance of the adhesive directly affects the bonding effect of the zirconia all-ceramic. This paper mainly studies the application effectiveness of different adhesives in zirconia all-ceramic bonding. Firstly,four different kinds of adhesives were selected to make experimental samples,and then the effects of different adhesives applied to cobalt oxide all-ceramics were tested by shear test and micro-leakage test.Finally,the experimental data was analyzed by SPSS software.The results show that the adhesive properties of the resin adhesive are better than those of the glass ion adhesive.
