摘 要:我国的航空事业正处于蓬勃发展时期,为了满足现代化航空航天事业的发展需求,必须注重对航空发动机的研制工作。在进行航空发动机的研制时,振动是普遍存在且较为棘手的问题,且在发动机的故障中振动是最为关键的影响因素。在研制过程中如果未将振动问题控制到位,不仅拖慢研制进度还会对整体质量造成影响。在此背景下,文章则将航空发动机的研制作为基本背景,围绕其振动激励展开分析,并探寻出转子发生故障时所表现出的信号特征,经本文的探讨,以期给相关工程人员提供一些可行的参考。China's aviation industry is in a period of vigorous development.In order to meet the development needs of modern aerospace industry,we must pay attention to the development of aeroengine.Vibration is a common and difficult problem in the development of aeroengine,and vibration is the most critical factor in engine failure.If the vibration problem is not controlled in place in the development process,it will not only slow down the development progress,but also affect the overall quality.In this context,this paper takes the development of aero-engine as the basic background,analyses its vibration excitation,and explores the signal characteristics when the rotor fails.Through the discussion in this paper,it is hoped to provide some feasible reference for the relevant engineers.
