腹针结合性心理疏导治疗产后性功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹针结合性心理疏导治疗产后女性性功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月广东省妇幼保健院接收复查,经过女性性功能量表(Female Sexual Function Index)评分,符合纳入标准的70例产后性功能障碍患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例患者。对照组患者予性心理疏导治疗;观察组患者在性心理疏导的基础上进行腹针治疗,腹针取穴以引气归元穴组为基础方,配合中极、天枢、归来、气穴。每周2次,2个月后观察治疗效果。结果观察组患者的有效率高于对照组患者,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者女性性功能各项指标评分均高于治疗前;观察组各项性功能指标评分高于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腹针结合性心理疏导法能有效促进产后性功能改善,治疗效果较好,值得推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of postpartum sexual dysfunction. Methods 70 patients who were treated in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 and met the inclusion criteria according to their FSFI scores were randomly divided into the control group(n=35) and the observation group(n=35).The patients in the control group were given sexual psychological counseling,while patients in the observation group additionally received abdominal acupuncture, selecting "return-qi-to-source" acupuncture-point-group as the basic points and selecting Zhongji,Tianshu,Guilai and Qixue as supplementary points. The patients were given the treatment twice a week,and the clinical efficacy were observed after 2 months. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all indexes of female sexual function were higher than those before the treatment.In contrast to the control group, the functional index scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusions Abdominal acupuncture combined with psychological counseling can improve postpartum sexual function. It is of good efficacy, so it is worth popularizing.
