摘  要:套管开窗工艺和侧钻水平井工艺是油田钻井、修井作业中广泛采用的一种特殊的工艺技术,主要用于老井恢复产能、打分支井或处理井下事故等。根据XXX井的实际情况优选开窗方式,并论述了注意事项。结合XXX井的实际工作,介绍了开窗和侧钻方法在实际工作中的应用情况。结果表明,采用多种技术措施,能够及时有效地避免复杂事故的发生,保证开窗侧钻施工安全平稳运行,对老井开窗侧钻具有积极意义。Casing windowing technology and sidetracking horizontal well technology are special technologies widely used in oil field drilling and workover operations. They are mainly used to restore productivity of old wells, drill branch wells or deal with downhole accidents. The window opening mode is optimized according to the actual situation of the well, and the matters needing attention are discussed. The application process of window opening and sidetracking in practical work is introduced. According to the site situation,adopting a variety of technical measures can effectively avoid the occurrence of complex accidents in time and ensure the safe and smooth operation of window-opening sidetracking construction, which has reference significance for the future window-opening sidetracking of old wells.
