摘  要:大型水电工程中大体积混凝土采用通水冷却温控是降低混凝土水化热引起的温度应力、避免开裂和达到设计要求的封拱灌浆温度必须采取的工程技术措施。通过对国内拱坝通水冷却施工技术进行分析和研究,白鹤滩建设者开发了一套能够实现自动通水、精确控温、海量数据储存及分析的智能通水系统,大幅度节省了温控防裂费用。Temperature control of water cooling in mass concrete construction has been regarded as the key measure for reducing hydration heat of concrete and crack prevention,in order to the meet the requirement of closing arch for grouting in large-scale hydropower project construction.The constructor of Baihetan Project invented an intelligent water conveyance system that helps to realize automatic water supply,precise temperature control and massive data storage and analysis,thanks to research and development.This has dramatically reduced the cost of temperature control and crack prevention.
