摘　　要：为提升精准服务水平,文章采用文献计量法和归纳法对国内精准服务有关论文的产出机构和内容进行分析,从研究主题、研究方法和技术应用3个方面归纳了研究现状,总结了现有研究的4个特征和发展趋势,最后提出加强理论与实践研究、注重方法协同创新、关注大数据环境下的小数据研究等3点展望。In order to improve the level of precision service,the article uses bibliometrics and inductive method to analyze the output organization and content of domestic precision service related papers,summarizes the research status from three aspects:research theme,research method and technology application.It summarizes the four characteristics and development trends of the existing research,and finally puts forward three perspectives on strengthening theoretical and practical research,focusing on method collaborative innovation,and focusing on small data research in big data environment.
