摘　　要：为了深入了解读者对开展“读者网上借阅、快递送书上门”服务的需求,通过问卷星网络调查平台对南通城区读者进行调查,分析了年龄段、每月到馆借阅次数、到馆路程、出行方式、网络借阅操作平台、快递收费标准等6个影响因素及其相互关系,为决策提供科学依据。In order to deeply understand the readers’demands of carrying out“readers online borrowing,express delivery to the door”,through the network survey platform named Wenjuanxing,this article investigates the readers of Nantong city,analyzes the 6 influence factors of age group,monthly borrowing times,distance to the library,travel mode,network lending platform and the express charging standard and their mutual relations,in order to provide a scientific basis for decision making.
