摘 要:为了明确聚氨丙基/甲基硅倍半氧烷(PAMSQ)微球能否与沥青质协同改善合成蜡油的低温流变性,合成了不同极性的PAMSQ微球,再通过流变实验、DSC分析、显微观察和沥青质沉淀实验探究不同极性PAMSQ微球对添加/不添加沥青质的合成蜡油的低温流变性的影响规律。结果表明,PAMSQ-1~PAMSQ-4微球的极性随氨丙基含量的增加(1%~25%,摩尔分数)而逐渐增强。PAMSQ微球能轻微改善不添加沥青质的合成蜡油(MO-1)的流变性,并且MO-1在添加质量浓度为200mg/kg的PAMSQ-1微球后低温流变性能最好;然而,PAMSQ微球可以显著改善含质量分数为0.75%沥青质的合成蜡油(MO-2)的低温流变性,且MO-2在添加浓度为200mg/kg的PAMSQ-3微球后表现出最优的流变性能。因此,PAMSQ微球能与沥青质协同改善合成蜡油的低温流变性,而且PAMSQ微球的极性强弱会显著影响PAMSQ微球与沥青质的协同效果。In order to investigate whether the polyaminopropyl/methyl silsesquioxane (PAMSQ) microsphere and asphaltene can synergistically improve the low temperature rheological behavior of synthetic wax oil, PAMSQ microspheres with different polarities are synthesized, and the effect law of PAMSQ microspheres with different polarities on the low temperature rheological behavior of synthetic wax oil with/without asphaltene is studied through rheological experiments, DSC analysis, microstructure observation and asphaltene precipitating experiments. The results indicate the polarity of PAM - SQ- 1~PAMSQ- 4 microspheres is progressively enhanced by the increase of aminopropyl molar ratios (1~25%). PAMSQ microsphere could slightly improve the rheological behavior of synthetic wax oil without asphaltene (MO- 1),and the MO-1 shows the best low temperature rheological behavior after adding the PAMSQ- 1 microsphere with a mass concentration of 200 mg/kg. Adding PAMSQ microspheres can significantly improve the low temperature rheological behavior of synthetic wax oil with asphaltenes with mass fraction of 0.75%(MO-2), and MO-2 exhibits the best rheological behavior after adding PAMSQ- 3 microsphere with a concentration of 200 mg/kg. Therefore, PAMSQ microsphere can synergize with asphaltene to improve the low temperature rheological behavior of synthetic wax oil, and the polarity of PAMSQ microsphere could significantly affect the synergistic effect of PAMSQ microsphere and asphaltene.
