摘　　要：兰成原油管道自投产以来始终存在哈萨克斯坦原油与长庆原油资源不平均的问题。为了克服鄯兰原油管道来油不足和长庆原油整体资源富余的矛盾,保障供需平衡,开展了兰成原油管道掺混长庆原油的常温输送研究。通过建立SPS仿真模型对兰成原油管道运行数据、管道全线水力坡降、管道沿线温度、管道不同输量下的沿线油温以及油品物性进行分析,发现兰成原油管道掺混长庆原油常温输送是可行的。同时,在特定的掺混比例及输送排量下,兰成原油管道可满足在全年输送过程中掺混200×10^4~250×10^4t长庆原油的要求。但因鄯兰原油管道来油分为LC10、HT73、LC7等掺混类型,掺混原油物性经常变化,不同月份掺混输送应同时考虑凝点控制的范围与停输安全的掺混比例,需要“因油、因时”地开展在线掺混工作。The problem of unequal resources between Kazakhstan oil and Changqing oil has always existed in Lanzhou- Chengdu Crude Oil Pipeline since it was put into operation. In order to overcome the contradiction between resource lack of Shanshan- Lanzhou Crude Oil Pipeline and resource surplus of Changqing crude oil and ensure the balance of supply and demand, the study on the normal- temperature transportation of Lanzhou- Chengdu Crude Oil Pipeline mixed with Changqing oil is carried out. The SPS simulation model is established to analyze operation data,overall hydraulic gradient,operating temperature at different flow rates of the pipeline and oil properties, it is found that it is feasible for the normal- temperature transportation of Lanzhou- Chengdu Crude Oil Pipeline mixed with Changqing crude oil. At the same time,Lanzhou-Chengdu Crude Oil Pipeline can transport 200×10^4 to 250×10^4 tons of Changqing crude oil in a specific mixed proportion and flow rate. However, there are many different types of mixed oil such as LC10, HT73 and LC7 in Shanshan- Lanzhou Crude Oil Pipeline, and physical properties of mixed crude oil always change. It is necessary to consider the range of condensation point control and the mixed proportion for shutdown safety when carrying mixed transportation in different months, and the mixed transportation work should be conducted according to different oil and time.
