服务业全球价值链地位攀升影响因素研究——基于跨国面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：利用OECD—WTO于2018年12月公布的TiVA数据库跨国面板数据,考虑影响服务业全球价值链地位攀升的因素,从产业内和产业外两个方面进行分类归纳并系统分析,实证检验处于不同经济发展阶段的经济体服务业及其细分行业提高全球价值链地位的路径。结果表明:产业结构升级和工业化程度是提升服务业全球价值链地位的重要因素。从样本经济体整体来看,产业结构升级和工业化程度均显著提高服务业全球价值链地位,而信息基础设施、人力资本、GVC参与度显著抑制服务业国际地位提升。信息基础设施、产业结构升级和工业化程度对发达经济体服务业全球价值链地位提升具有显著促进作用;产业结构升级、工业化程度及GVC参与度对发展中经济体服务业全球价值链地位的提高具有重要影响。从细分行业层面来看,影响服务业细分行业全球价值链地位攀升的因素在发展中经济体的异质性更强,而发达经济体服务业细分行业全球价值链地位攀升的影响因素的异质性相对较弱,产业结构升级和工业化程度是服务业三类细分行业全球价值链地位攀升的重要途径。The paper analyzes the influencing factors of the status of global value chain of service industry from the perspective of both inside and outside the industry,and then uses the multinational panel data of 59 countries in the recently published TIVA database of OECD-WTO to empirically analyze the influencing factors of rising the status of global value chain of service industry.The empirical results show that industrial restructuring and industrialization are important factors in improving the status of the global value chain of the service industry.From the perspective of all sample ecomomies,information infrastructure,human capital and GVC participation have significantly inhibited the international status of the service industry;As far as the developed ecomomy is concerned,the information infrastructure is heterogeneous and has a relatively significant negative effect in the sub-sectors.Among the factors affecting the global value chain of the service industry in developing ecomomies,information infrastructure and human capital are showing the differences between segmentation of industry and overall.
