摘　　要：文章围绕“天然气站场试运行的初步管理探索”这一主题,以河南省发展燃气有限公司“ZX线”的管理实践为基础,从站场管理与线路管理两方面进行介绍论述,旨在为燃气公司提供投产初期管理经验,提高试运行管理水平。Based on the management practices of“ZX Line”of Henan Development Gas Co.,LTD.,this paper mainly focuses on the top.ic“The Tentative Management Investigation of Natural Gas Station Trial Operation”,two aspects,station management and line manage.ment,will be discussed separately,aiming at providing gas companies with the advanced and effective management experience in the initial stage of production,and improving management level.
