摘 要:在总结现有4类小直径抽油泵优劣的基础上,提出了一种气液置换式小直径抽油泵设计方案,该泵能够降低腔内气液比、提高泵效,更加适应低产井的沉没度低和供液能力差的工况.同时,根据垂直管路气液分布规律对抽油泵泵筒充满度公式进行了修正,结合不同抽油泵的吸排液特点,计算了不同类型抽油泵的泵筒充满度,并在相同工况下对比分析了不同抽油泵的性能.结果表明:气液置换式抽油泵的充满程度较高,表现出更好的综合性能.分析证实了气液置换小直径泵方案的合理性,为小直径抽油泵采油技术的推广提供了依据.Based on the conclusion of the advantages and disadvantages of the 4 kinds of small diameter oil well pumps,the design scheme of a small diameter oil pump with gas-liquid exchange device is put forward,it can reduce the gas-liquid ratio in the pump cavity,improve the pump efficiency and adapt to low submergence depth and poor capacity condition in low production well.Meanwhile,according to the gas-liquid distribution law of vertical pipeline,the formula offilling degree of pump barrel is corrected.Combined with the working characteristics of different pumps,the filling degree of various pumps is calculated,furthermore,the properties of different pumps is compared and analyzed under the same working conditions.The results showed that the small diameter oil pump with gas-liquid exchange device has an excellent comprehensive performance with higher filling degree.This article confirms the rationality of its design scheme and provides the references for the popularization of small diameter pump technology.
