摘 要:本文对寺家庄公司15301工作面进风底板岩石预抽巷进行了水力造穴钻孔设计,详细介绍了水力造穴钻孔的布置方法,且对水力造穴钻孔施工流程进行了阐述。为分析采用水力造穴技术的应用效果及经济效益,在井下进行了瓦斯流量测定试验,结果表明:单孔平均流量在0.0176m3/min,较之前提高了247%,单组钻孔瓦斯平均纯流量为0.196m3/min,较之前提高了220%,由此可见,采用水力造穴技术测定煤层瓦斯含量,可达到预期效果。Hydraulic hole making and drilling design is carried out on the rock pre-pumping roadway of in.let baseplate in 15301 working face of Sijiazhuang Company in this paper,the arrangement method of hy.draulic hole making and drilling is introduced in detail,and the construction flow of hydraulic hole making and drilling is expounded.In order to analyze the application effect and economic benefit of hydraulic holemaking technology,the gas flow measurement test was carried out in the undergound.The results show that the average flow rate of single hole is 0.0176m3/min,which is 24.7%higher than before,and the average pure flow rate of gas in a single group of boreholes is 0.196m3/min,which is 220%higher than that before.It can be seen that the gas content in coal seam can be achieved by using hydraulic hole-making technology.
