摘  要:目的探讨脱细胞异体真皮联合自体刃厚皮移植术在烧伤后瘢痕修复中的应用.方法将2017年12月-2018年12月我科收治的68例需要接受烧伤后瘢痕修复的患者随机分为A组和B组.A组(n=34)应用脱细胞异体真皮联合自体刃厚皮移植术治疗;B组(n=34)应用自体大张刃厚皮片移植术治疗.对两组患者的皮片成活率、二次手术率、温哥华瘢痕评分量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分进行比较.结果A组的皮片成活率明显高于B组;二次手术率和VSS评分均明显低于B组;两组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脱细胞异体真皮联合自体刃厚皮移植术在烧伤后瘢痕修复中的效果显著,能够提高皮片成活率,促进瘢痕早期愈合,减少二次手术的发生,值得临床应用.Objective To investigate the application of acellular allogenic dermis combined with autologous thick skin transplantation in scar repair after burn. Methods From December 2017 to December 2018, 68 patients undergoing post-burn scar repair were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A (n=34) was treated with acellular allogenic dermis combined with autologous thick skin grafting, and group B (n=34) was treated with autologous large blade thick skin grafting.Tablet survival, secondary procedure rate, and Vancouver scar scale(VSS)scores were compared in both groups. Results The survival rate of skin tissue in group A was significantly higher than that in group B, and the rate of secondary operation and the score of VSS in group A were significantly lower than those in group B. there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion Acellular allogenic dermis combined with autologous thick skin transplantation has a significant effect on scar repair after burn. It can improve the survival rate of skin patch, promote the early healing of scar, reduce the occurrence of secondary operation, and is worthy of clinical application.
