基于即时通信平台护理宣教对自体肋软骨联合假体植入隆鼻术受术者影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用即时通信平台围手术期护理宣教对自体肋软骨联合假体植入隆鼻术后并发症和心理状态的影响.方法选择自2018年4月至2019年4月期间接受治疗的90例自体肋软骨联合假体植入隆鼻受术者进行随机分组,每组45例.试验组应用WeChat、QQ等APP即时通信平台对受术者进行跟踪随访;对照组采用传统的护理方案.术后比较两组的受术者并发症的发生率.结果并发症发生率:试验组为4.44%,对照组为17.78%,两组比较其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).并且两组受术者在术后满意度和围手术期焦虑程度方面也都存在显著性差异.结论基于即时通信平台围手术期护理宣教的扩展,能够有效缓解受术者对自体肋软骨联合假体植入隆鼻术的焦虑和恐惧情绪,显著降低术后并发症,提升受术者的满意度,从而赢得了受术者的口碑.Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing education applying instant messaging platform on the complications and psychological status of augmentation rhinoplasty with autogenous costal cartilage and prosthesis. Methods Ninety patients with autologous costal cartilage combining with prosthetic implants from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomized into 45 patients in each group. The trail group used the APP instant messaging platform such as WeChat and QQ to follow up;the control group used the traditional nursing program. The incidences of complications in the two groups were compared postoperatively. Results The incidences of complications were 4.44% and 17.78% in the trail group and control group, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were also significant differences in postoperative satisfaction and perioperative anxiety between the two groups. Conclusions The expansion of perioperative nursing education based on instant messaging platform can effectively alleviate the anxiety and fear of the patients with autologous costal cartilage combining with prosthesis implantation, significantly reduce postoperative complications and improve satisfaction, which can earn the reputation of the patients.
