摘 要:菟丝子是重要的检疫性植物,为了明确新疆地区的菟丝子种类,在全疆菟丝子发生严重地区采集菟丝子新鲜样品及种子共60份,通过观察其茎、花、成熟种子的形态特征并分析其ITS、rbcL、trnL序列,最终鉴定结果为2种菟丝子,即单柱菟丝子(Cuscuta monogyna)和田野菟丝子(Cuscuta campestris)。该结果表明新疆地区菟丝子的主要危害种是单柱菟丝子和田野菟丝子。Cuscuta L.is a sort of important quarantine plant.In order to clear the species of Cuscuta L.in Xinjiang,a total of 60 samples of fresh Cuscuta L.and it’s seeds were collected in some areas of Xinjiang,where Cuscuta L.is serious.Through observation of the morphological characteristics of their stems,flowers,and mature seeds,combine with analyze of ITS,rbcL,and trnL sequences,they were identified as Cuscuta monogyna and Cuscuta campestris respectively.The results showed that the main species of Cuscuta were Cuscuta monogyna and Cuscuta campestris in Xinjiang.
