摘　　要：目的调查莆田市急救中心院前急救患者流行病学情况,探讨莆田市院前急救病例特点。方法通过莆田市卫生体系安克系统数据库中调出2018年度莆田市急救中心院前出诊数据进行统计分析。结果(1)2018年度莆田市急救中心共指挥调度有26126院前出诊趟数,接诊患者20305趟,空车5821趟,占22.3%;而20305例院前急救患者,从病情分级上,1级患者占4.15%,2级患者占6.10%,3级患者占87.78%,4级患者占1.97%。(2)20305例院前急救患者,从疾病分类上,创伤性患者占第一位,而神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统、中毒依次排在2~5位。(3)586例院前死亡患者中,循环系统死亡位居第一位,而循环系统中,心脏性猝死占78%。结论福田地区创伤性疾病较多,需加强安全教育,院前死亡例数中心脏性猝死例数占比较大,需积极宣传相关疾病知识。Objective To investigate the epidemiology of pre-hospital emergency patients in Putian Emergency Center and to explore the characteristics of pre-hospital emergency cases in Putian City.Methods Pre-hospital outpatient data of Putian Emergency Center in 2018 were collected from the Anke system database of Putian health system and analyzed statistically.Results(1)In Putian Emergency Center in 2018,there were 26 126 visits before hospital,20 305 visits and 5 821 empty trains,accounting for 22.3%.In 20 305 pre-hospital first aid patients,grade 1 patients accounted for 4.15%,grade 2 patients 6.10%,grade 3 patients 87.78%,grade 4 patients 1.97%.(2)Among 20 305 pre-hospital emergency patients,traumatic patients ranked first,while nervous system,cardiovascular system,digestive system and poisoning ranked second to fifth.(3)Among 586 pre-hospital deaths,circulatory system death ranked first,while sudden cardiac death accounted for 78%of circulatory system deaths.Conclusion There are many traumatic diseases in Futian area.Safety education should be strengthened.Sudden cardiac death accounts for a large proportion in the number of pre-hospital deaths.It is necessary to actively disseminate knowledge about related diseases.
