摘 要:目的探究汞中毒患者尿汞及β2-MG的含量及其临床意义。方法回顾性选取2005年1月—2008年6月我院收治入院的三家照明企业45例慢性汞中毒例患者作为观察组,同时纳入45例健康人群作为对照组。检测对比两组患者血象、尿汞及β2-MG的含量。结果观察组患者汞中毒后尿汞(Urinemercury,U-Hg)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),而肌酐(Creatinine,Scr)、血尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)水平与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者尿液及血液中β2-MG含量分别为(0.23±0.11)mg/24h和(2.71±0.68)mg/mL,高于对照组的(0.05±0.02)mg/24h和(1.26±0.53)mg/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,患者尿液及血液中β2-MG含量随尿汞水平升高而增加,呈现正相关。结论长期汞接触可造成肾功能损害,监测血液中β2-MG含量能可作为辅助诊断汞中毒的重要指标,对临床汞中毒期诊断及和治疗有着重要意义。Objective To investigate the urinary mercury and β2-MG levels in patients with mercury poisoning and their clinical significance.Methods From January 2005 to June 2008,45 patients with chronic mercury poisoning in three lighting enterprises admitted to our hospital were retrospectively selected as observation group,and 45 healthy people were included as control group.The levels of serum,urinary mercury andβ2-MG were measured and compared between the two groups.Results Urinary mercury(U-Hg)levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels compared with those in the control group(P>0.05);urine and bloodβ2-MG levels in the observation group were(0.23±0.11)mg/24 h and(2.71±0.68)mg/mL,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(0.05±0.02)mg/24 h.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)with(1.26±0.53)mg/mL.At the same time,β2-MG levels in urine and blood increased with the increase of mercury levels in urine,showing a positive correlation.Conclusion Longterm mercury exposure can cause renal function damage.Monitoring bloodβ2-MG level can be used as an important index for assistant diagnosis of mercury poisoning,and has important significance for early diagnosis and treatment of mercury poisoning.
