摘　　要：目的探究在皮肤色素痣治疗中使用冷冻、激光及手术治疗法起到的临床治疗效果及美容效果。方法选择2017年7月—2018年7月皮肤色素痣患者共82例,随机分成A组、B组和C组,A组为27例、B组为27例、C组为28例。对三组患者术后的红肿、色素沉着、结痂、水疱及术后6个月瘢痕、皮肤萎缩、复发不良反应发生率进行对比。对三组患者的临床治疗有效率进行对比。结果术后,A、B、C三组患者的红肿、色素沉着、结痂、水疱不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,A组与B组瘢痕、皮肤萎缩、复发不良反应发生率无差异,A组与C组瘢痕、皮肤萎缩发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),复发差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组与C组瘢痕、皮肤萎缩发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),复发差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组与B组对比治疗有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组与C组、B组与C组治疗有效率对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在色素痣疾病治疗中,手术治疗方法所产生的治疗效果更为明显,但是为了使手术治疗效果的明显提升及进一步提升,在治疗前,需要对患者的病情进行合理的判断,确保能够为治疗工作的实施及开展提供保障。在治疗结束以后,还需要对患者进行定期随访,确保能够对患者的病情变化情况进行跟进,促使预后治疗效果能够大大提升。Objective To investigate the clinical and cosmetic effects of freezing,laser and surgical treatment in the treatment of skin pigmented nevi.Methods A total of 82 patients with skin pigmented nevi were randomly divided into group A(n=27),group B(n=27)and group C(n=28).The incidence of recent redness and swelling,pigmentation,scab,blisters and scar,skin atrophy and recurrence in the three groups were compared.The effective rates of clinical treatment in the three groups were compared.Results In recent years,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions of erythema,pigmentation,scab and blister among groups A,B and C(P>0.05).Six months later,there was no difference in the incidence of scar,skin atrophy and recurrent adverse reactions between group A and group B.There was no significant difference in the incidence of scar and skin atrophy between group A and group C(P>0.05).The difference of recurrence was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of scar and skin atrophy between group B and group C(P>0.05).The difference of recurrence was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effective rate between group A and group B(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the treatment efficiency between group A and group C,group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pigmented nevi diseases,the therapeutic effect of surgical treatment is more obvious,but in order to improve the effect of surgical treatment,it is necessary to judge the condition of the patient reasonably before treatment.Ensure that it can provide protection for the implementation and development of treatment.After the treatment,it is necessary to follow up regularly to ensure that the changes of the patient's condition can be followed up,and the prognosis can be greatly improved.
