摘  要:目的探究H1受体拮抗剂在儿童哮喘治疗中的辅助应用。方法选取2018年1—12月在我院进行治疗的轻中度急性发作的儿童哮喘患儿72例,观察组及对照组,两组各36例。实施布地奈德吸入加用H1受体拮抗剂治疗的是观察组,择糖皮质激素布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗的是对照组。对比两组体征消失、住院时间,以及临床疗效、临床症状情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组的住院时间,以及肺部哮鸣音、喘息、咳嗽等临床症状29例(80.56%),观察组的临床治疗总有效率为34例(94.44%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对儿童哮喘患儿,采用布地奈德吸入加用H1受体拮抗剂治疗,可改善患儿的生活质量,有效改善患儿临床症状、体征,安全有效。Objective To explore the auxiliary application of H1 receptor antagonist in the treatment of asthma in children.Methods 72 children with asthma with mild to moderate acute attack were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.There were 36 cases in the observation group and 36 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with budesonide inhalation plus H1 receptor antagonist,and the control group was treated with glucocorticoid budesonide aerosol inhalation.The signs disappeared,hospital stay,clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the hospital stay,lung wheezing and wheezing in the observation group were longer than those in the control group 29 cases(80.56%).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 34 cases(94.44%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of budesonide and H1 receptor antagonist in the treatment of children with asthma can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients and improve the clinical symptoms,signs,safety and effectiveness of the patients.
