摘　　要：目的分析超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的应用效果并对其不良反应进行探究。方法将2018年6月—2019年6月在我院接受上肢手术进行治疗的患者纳入研究,共计100例,以计算机表法的方式将其均分成研究组和参照组,参照组接受传统臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,研究组则接受超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,对两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率、手术前后的平均动脉压水平以及心率、麻醉阻滞起效时间、麻醉药物使用剂量、镇痛维持时间和疼痛评分进行对比。结果数据显示研究组患者的临床疗效高于参照组,不良反应发生率则低于参照组,数据对比,P<0.05;两组患者手术前平均动脉压水平和心率对比差异不具有统计学意义,术后研究组数据优于参照组,P<0.05;研究组患者麻醉阻滞起效时间、麻醉药物使用剂量、镇痛维持时间和疼痛评分与参照组相比均存在优势,差异对比符合统计学意义。结论超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的临床效果甚为显著,能够改善患者的临床相关症状,同时还能够减少患者的不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the application effect of ultrasoundguided brachial plexus block anesthesia and explore its adverse reactions.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent upper extremity surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into study group and reference group by computer method.The reference group received the traditional brachial plexus.Nerve block anesthesia,the study group underwent ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block anesthesia,the clinical efficacy,adverse reaction rate,mean arterial pressure level before and after surgery,and heart rate,anesthesia block onset time,anesthesia Drug use doses,analgesic maintenance times,and pain scores were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the reference group.The data were compared,P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in the mean arterial pressure and heart rate between the two groups.The data of the postoperative study group were superior to the reference group,P<0.05.The anesthesia block onset time,anesthetic dose,analgesic maintenance time and pain score were superior to the reference group in the study group.significance.Conclusion The clinical effect of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block anesthesia is very significant,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and can also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
