摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对髋关节假体周围骨折术后功能的影响。方法选择本院2015年1月—2018年1月收治的全髋关节置换术术后股骨假体周围骨折患者参与本次研究,一共60例,随机分组为观察组和对照组(n=30),对照组给予常规基础护理,观察组在给予常规护理措施的前提下,给予全面优质护理干预。比较两组患者髋关节功能改善状况。结果和对照组对比,观察组护理后Harris评分明显更高,P<0.05;和护理前对比,观察组护理后Harris评分明显升高,P<0.05。结论对髋关节假体周围骨折患者进行全面优质护理,可以有效地改善患者的髋关节功能,有利于改善患者的术后疗效和预后。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the postoperative function of hip periprosthetic fracture.Methods 60 patients with periprosthetic femoral fracture after total hip replacement in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected to participate in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=30).The control group was given routine basic nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive and high-quality nursing intervention on the premise of routine nursing measures.The improvement of hip joint function was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the Harris score of the observation group was significantly higher after nursing,P<0.05;and compared with the pre-nursing,the Harris score of the observation group was significantly higher after nursing,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive and high-quality nursing care for patients with periprosthetic hip fracture can effectively improve the hip function of patients,and is conducive to improving the curative effect and prognosis of patients after operation.
