摘　　要：自改革开放以来,我国经济快速发展,社会环境也发生了很大的变化,图书管理员制度也面临相应的改革,在探索引入高素质人才建设、提升图书管理员队伍业务素质,为我国图书馆人才建设储备人才。本文以图书管理员队伍建设为研究对象,深入分析了当前我国图书管理员制度在发展和运行中出现的问题,旨在为我国图书管理员制度改革提供针对性的建议和意见。Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and the social environment has undergone great changes.The librarian system is also facing corresponding reforms.It is exploring the introduction of high-quality talents and improving the professional quality of librarians to reserve talents for talent construction of China's library.This paper takes the construction of librarian team as the research object,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the development and operation of the current librarian system in China.It aims to provide targeted suggestions and opinions for the reform of librarian system in China.
