摘　　要：针对传统PLC控制器存在的问题,设计了一种基于单片机IAP15W413S的气动挖掘机控制器。详细介绍了控制器的组成、主要功能、硬件电路设计和软件设计。该控制器具有硬件电路简单、成本低、易扩展等优点,可替代传统的PLC控制器。For the problems existing in traditional PLC controller,a pneumatic excavator controller based on MCU IAP15W413S is designed. The composition,main functions,hardware and softwaredesign of the controller are introduced in detail. The controller has the advantages of simple hardware circuit,low cost and easy expansion,and can replace the traditional PLC controller.
