摘　　要：目的调查甘肃省兰州市城关区残疾人残疾态度及其影响因素。方法 2016年8-11月,多阶段分层整群抽取兰州市城关区登记在册的606名残疾人,使用世界卫生组织残疾人残疾态度量表,入户访谈完成调研。结果城关区残疾人残疾态度总分为(55.31±14.58)分,不同居住支持情况(F=2.44)、残疾影响程度(F=8.41)、职业类型(F=13.25)和残疾时间(F=14.18)对残疾人残疾态度总评分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,年龄组(β=0.01)、残疾影响程度(β=-0.17)、收入水平(β=0.10)和残疾时间(β=0.14)是残疾态度总评分的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论应加强建设残疾人就业保障制度,及时疏导残疾人消极心理,综合性转变残疾态度。Objective To investigate disabled people’s attitudes to disability and its influencing factors in Chengguan district of Lanzhou city, Gansu province. Methods From August to November, 2016, 606 disabled persons registered in Chengguan district of Lanzhou were selected by multistage stratified cluster sampling, and investigated in home-based visit with World Health Organization-Disability Attitude Scale(DAS). Results The total score of DAS was 55.31±14.58, with statistical difference(P<0.05) in living support(F=2.44), disability influence(F=8.41), occupational type(F=13.25) and disability time(F=14.18). The independent influencing factors of the score of DAS(P<0.05) were the age group(β=0.01),degree of disability(β=-0.17), income level(β=0.10), and disability time(β=0.14). Conclusions It is important to strengthen the construction of a job security system for disabled people and guide their negative psychology, to improve their disability attitude comprehensively.
