摘　　要：目的观察自体脂肪干细胞治疗复杂性腺源性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法收集自体脂肪干细胞治疗复杂性腺源性肛瘘10例患者的临床资料,回顾性分析相关资料。结果术后随访3个月,5例痊愈,3例显效,2例未愈。术前和术后3、7d的VAS疼痛评分相仿,均≤1分(P>0.05)。术前及术后30、50d的肛门括约功能评分亦无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术前生活质量评分为(116.72±17.71)分,与术后7d的(115.13±12.71)分和术后30d的(118.02±12.52)分相仿(P>0.05)。结论自体脂肪干细胞治疗复杂性腺源性肛瘘近期疗效较好。Objective To observe the efficacy of autologous adipose-derived stem cells in the treatment of complex adenogenic anal fistula.Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with complex adenogenic anal fistula treated with autologous adipose-derived stem cells were collected.The indicators relevant to the efficacy were retrospectively analyzed.Results The results of follow-up for 3months showed that 5 cases were cured,3 cases were excellent and 2 cases were not cured.There were no significant differences in VAS pain scores among three time points of before operation,3 days and 7 days after operation(all≤1point)(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the anal sphincter function scores among three time points of before operation,in the 30^th day and 50^th day after operation(P>0.05).The score of life quality was(116.72±17.71)points before operation,which was similar to(115.13±12.71)points in the 7th day and(118.02±12.52)points in the 30th day after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The autologous adipose-derived stem cells have a better short-term clinical efficacy in the treatment of complex adenogenic anal fistula.
