摘　　要：2018年世界杯比赛中前16名的球队不再单一地追求进攻或者防守,一些传统强队比赛时更讲究的是攻守平衡,各支球队尤为注重防守。个人防守技术的强弱直接关系到全队防御体系的坚固程度。出色的个人防守是形成全队稳妥防守体系最重要的基础和获胜保证。本文通过录像观察法、文献资料法、数理统计法来揭示个人防守时应遵循的基本规律,特别是争顶球和断球时机的选择。提高抢球的成功率,是当今防守技术发展的趋势。The top 16 teams in the 2018 World Cup are no longer single pursuit of of fense or defense. Some traditional strong teams are more focused on offensive and defensive balance, and each team pays special attention to defense. The strength of personal defensive skills is directly related to the solidity of the team's defense system. Excellent personal defense is the most important foundation and winning guarantee for the formation of a stable defensive system. This paper uses video observation method, literature data method and mathematical statistics method to reveal the basic rules that should be followed when defending individuals, especially the choice of timing and ball stealing timing. Improving the success rate of grabbing the ball is the trend of defensive technology development today.
