摘　　要：中华文明源远流长、底蕴沉厚,其中体育竞技即是其重要的支流体系之一,不仅流派众多、而且宗师辈出。以东汉曹魏时期的吴普、盛唐时期的唐玄宗和李白以及明清之际的陈元赟等具备代表性的中国古代体育名人作为漫谈榜样以及品评对象,不仅可以系统了解古代体育名人的趣闻轶事,而且也能够合理吸收古典养生健体的理念主张,从而促进中国传统体育活动的渐进普及与有效开展,并达到融会贯通、一举多得的良性预期。The Chinese civilization has a long history and profound cultural background, among which sports competition is one of its important tributaries. There are not only many schools, but also many masters. Wu Pu in Cao Wei period of the eastern Han dynasty, tang dynasty period of the tang dynasty and Li Bai as well as in the Ming and Qing dynasty Chen Yuanyun representative sports celebrities in ancient China as an example to ramble and evaluation object, not only can the system of amusing anecdotes about ancient sports, but also can reasonable to absorb the idea that the classical health fitness, thus promotes the gradual popularization of Chinese traditional sports and effective, and to achieve mastery through a comprehensive, fully staffed positive expectations.
