摘 要:本文运用文献资料、问卷调查等科研方法,对在不同性别、年级、运动水平、体育行为态度条件下的高中学生心理健康特点进行分析,得出以下结论,不同性别的高中生在躯体化、人际关系、敌意心理指标上存在显著性差异,男生优于女生;高一、高二学生在强迫症、敌意、心理指标中有显著性差异;高一与高三男女学生差异性指标在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、敌意、恐怖心理指标存在显著性差异;身体运动水平和体育锻炼行为对躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑等指标有显著性影响。Through the methods of literature review, questionnaire, this paper analyzes the mental health characteristics of junior high school students of different gender, grade, sports level and sports behavior, and draws the following conclusions: there are significant differences in somatization, interpersonal relationship and hostile psychological indicators among junior high school students of different gender, and male students are superior to female students.There are significant differences in obsessive-compulsive disorder, hostility and psychological indicators between the first and second grade students.There are significant differences between male and female students in somatization, compulsion, depression, hostility and terror between grade one and grade three.Physical exercise level and physical exercise behavior have obvious effects on somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and other indicators.
