摘　　要：科技创新是推动社会发展、社会进步的主要动力,为各个行业的发展提供助力,饲料产业在新型科技下迅速发展,实现了由单一生产到综合经营的发展历程。由于我国为农业大国,贫困人民主要集中在农村,因此,饲料产业在精准扶贫中起重要作用。本文从科技创新角度分析饲料产业精准扶贫的措施及效果评价,为饲料产业在精准扶贫中实施应用提供理论依据。Scientific and technological innovation is the main driving force for social development and progress. It provides assistance for the development of various industries. The feed industry develops rapidly under new technologies and realizes the development process from single production to comprehensive operation. Since China is a big agricultural country and the poor are mainly concentrated among farmers,the feed industry plays an important role in precision poverty alleviation. This paper analyzes the measures and effect evaluation of the feed industry’s precise poverty alleviation from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation,and provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of the feed industry in precision poverty alleviation.
