摘  要:SF6电气设备中常采用的气体分解产物检测是一种比较重要的带电检测技术手段,可以提前发现设备内部的早期故障和事故隐患并及时处理,这种检测技术也得到业界越来越多的关注和认同。文中首先依据大量的文献研究,详细阐述了SF6气体及各种固体绝缘材料在放电或高温过热等异常情况下裂解机理及各种气体分解物(SO2,SOF2,HF,CF4,H2S,CO等)的形成过程;再根据几起现场实际案例的统计分析,发现检测电气设备中的气体组分种类和体积分数可以对设备的运行状况进行有效地评估;最后,通过解体后电气设备内部情况验证该检测技术的可行性。气体分解产物检测技术能够有效地分析出电气设备的实际情况,对今后实现电气设备的状态检修和管理维护有重要的参考价值。For the purpose of on-line detecting gas decomposition products in SF6 electrical equipment to find and treat fault of electrical equipment in advance, the forming processes of the various gas decomposition products (such as S02, SOF2, HF, CF4, H2S, and CO) produced by SF6 and some solid insulating materials under abnormal conditions such as discharge and overheating, as well as the pyrolysis mechanisms, are described based on literature review. Then, some real cases are analyzed statistically, and it is found that operation status of SF6 electrical equipment can be effectively assessed by the decomposed gas components and their contents in the equipment. The internal situation of the disintegrated electrical equipment verifies the feasibility of the gas decomposition product detection technique. It is concluded that the gas decomposition product detection technique can obtain actual situation of SF6 electrical equipment effectively, and hence can play an important role in state maintenance and management of electrical equipment.
