摘  要:40.5kV户内高压六氟化硫断路器灭弧室外壳一般采用合金铝或钢质材料,一次触臂导体与接地的灭弧室外壳之间要求耐受工频和雷电冲击电压,文中通过对多种绝缘设计方案的计算机电场仿真计算,确定了一种电场强度分布相对均匀的设计方案;经过反复工艺试验对比,取得了满意的效果。The shell of arcing chamber of an indoor 40.5 kV SF6 circuit breaker is usually made of aluminum alloy or steel material. The gap between the primary contact arm conductor and the grounded arcing chamber shell is required to withstand power frequency and lightning impulse voltage. In this study, electric field simulation calculations of different insulation design schemes of the contact arm were performed, and a design scheme with relatively more uniform distribution of electric field intensity was selected. Through repeated process tests and comparison, satisfactory results were obtained.
