摘 要:目的通过对新乡市流感哨点的监测结果进行分析,掌握流感流行规律,改进流感监测工作质量,进一步科学控制流感。方法采用流感监测信息系统中新乡市的流感样病例(ILI)的咽拭子标本,用实时荧光PCR进行病毒核酸检测,狗肾细胞和鸡胚进行病毒分离,然后进行分析。结果 2016-2017年度(本文年度指监测年度,即4月至次年3月。下同)与2017-2018年度ILI比例分别为1.89%、5.83%。两年度共报告ILI 35 962例,占门诊百分比为4.26%,发病年龄5岁以下居多。采集咽拭子标本1 509份,核酸阳性273份,阳性率为18.1%;阳性标本中甲型H1N1、季节性H3N2、B型分别占31.5%、40.3%、28.2%。分离鉴定流感毒株92株,分离率为38.8%。2016-2017年度流行优势毒株是季节性H3N2,2017-2018年流行的优势毒株是甲型H1N1和B-Yamagata亚型,核酸阳性率在12月、1月和2月份集中出现。结论流感亚型交替流行,15岁以下年龄组高发,冬春季高发,建议针对高危人群在流感季前进行疫苗接种。Objective To analyze the sentinel hospoital data of influenza in Xinxiang, master the prevalence of influenza and improve the quality of work influenza surveillance, and then control the influenza scientifically. Methods The National Influenza Surveillance Network was used to collected the data of ILI(influenza-like illness)in Xinxiang. The ILI virus throat swab specimens were acquired to detect by fluorescence quantitative PCR and virus isolation, then analyze the resulting of data. Results April 2016 to March 2018 reported a total of 35,962 cases of ILI cases,the average proportion of ILI cases in outpatients was 4.26 %.The annual proportion of ILI cases were 1.83 %,5.83 %, respectively;In 1509 collected throat swabs,273 samples were positive for infhzenza by PCR, with a positive rate of 18.1 %, Influenza A(H1 N1) 2009, and the percentage of H3 N2 subtype B were 31.5 %, 40.3 %, 28.2 %.There were 92 strains of influenza, and the separation rate was 38.8 %. In 2016-2017 the prevailing dominant strain was seasonal H3 N2, and it were type A(H1 N1) and Yamagata of subtype B in 2017-2018. The positive rate is concentrated in the December, January and February of the popular season. Conclusions The type of the strain was alternating popular, with high-risk group for ILI in the age group under 15 years old, high incidence in winter and spring. It is recommended to vaccinate high-risk groups before the flu season.
