摘 要:目的调查食物中毒事件原因,预防类似事件发生。方法按照自定的病例定义对暴发当日暴发发生的餐厅就餐的所有食客进行病例搜索,面对面调查病例,填写自行设计的个案调查表;分析共同进餐史和食物剂量反应关系;应用气相色谱-质谱联用法对样品进行实验室检测。结果该事件中毒者共7例,其中重症2例,死亡1例;临床症状主要以头晕(100.0%)、恶心(71.4%)、呕吐(71.4%)、视物模糊(57.1%)、呼吸困难(57.1%)为主;病例严重程度与进食"五指毛桃汤"呈剂量反应关系(P<0.01),进食"五指毛桃汤"越多的病情越重;实验室检测结果显示从病例进食的剩余"五指毛桃汤"中检出钩吻碱甲。结论该事件为一起因误食含钩吻碱甲的"五指毛桃汤"引起的食物中毒事件。Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning and prevent similar events. Methods Case definitions were made. A case search was conducted for all diners who ate at a restaurant in Zhuhai on August 29, 2017. Design case questionnaires, face-to-face investigation of cases, analysis of the relationship between the common meal history and food dose response, laboratory samples were tested by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results There were7 cases of poisoning in this event, including 2 cases of severe cases and 1 case of death. The main clinical symptoms were dizziness(100.0 %), nausea(71.4 %), vomiting(71.4 %), blurred vision(57.1 %) and difficulty breathing(57.1%);the severity of the case was dose-responded with the "Wuzhi Maotao soup"(P<0.01), and the more the"Wuzhi Maotao soup", the more severe the condition;The results of laboratory tests showed that gelsemine was detected from the remaining"Wuzhi Maotao soup"in which the case was eaten. Conclusions This incident is a food poisoning incident caused by a"Wuzhi Maotao soup"caused by ingestion of gelsemine.
