摘　　要：公共安全状况是衡量一个城市综合水平的重要指标,其中良好社会公共安全更是营造城市商业环境的根本。基于上海市近年的相关数据和资料,结合城市公共安全所涵盖的四个方面:自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生、社会安全进行了概况梳理和管理现状分析。同时以问卷的形式对上海市居民的城市公共安全认知进行了调研。基于调查结果,详细地分析了上海市居民的公共安全认知及意识情况。最后针对如何提升城市商业环境从而促进可持续的稳定发展,提出了合理化的公共安全管理对策建议。Urban public security is an important factor for measuring comprehensive capacity of a city,especially for constructing a good commercial environment.Based on the relevant data and information of Shanghai in recent years,the general situation of urban public security is studied,which contains natural hazards,accidents,public health and social security.Meanwhile the public safety awareness of residents in Shanghai is investigated by means of questionnaire.Then the analysis of current management situation of urban public security is conducted.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions of management of urban public security for enhancing commercial environment are proposed.
