摘 要:针对纤维增强塑料材质各向异性,提出利用声发射检测手段及断铅方式模拟的缺欠,对纤维增强塑料材质中声速衰减情况和声速变化情况进行了研究,然后开展验证性实验,得出在不同区域缺欠的定位精度.研究结果可为纤维增强塑料压力容器声发射检测技术研究提供一定的实验依据.Aiming at the anisotropy of fiber reinforced plastics, the acoustic emission detection method and the lead deficiency simulation method were proposed, and the sound velocity attenuation and sound velocity changes in fiber reinforced plastic materials were studied. Then the verification experiment was carried out, and the positioning accuracy of the defects in different regions was obtained. The research results could provide a certain experimental basis for the research of acoustic emission detection technology of fiber reinforced plastic pressure vessel.
