节能环保型爱环达SE活性染料的性能及在连续轧染中的应用

摘　　要：采用爱环达SE活性染料对纯棉织物进行轧染实验,测试了系列染料的比移值、渗圈性、固色率、色牢度及耐洗性等。结果表明,该系列活性染料配伍性好,固色率高,耐皂洗、耐汗渍及耐摩擦色牢度较好,与双活性基活性染料相比,具有节能环保的优越性,可广泛应用于印染加工。AVITERA SE reactive dyes were used to dye cotton fabrics,and the Rfvalue,permeability circle,fixation rating,color fastness,wash abilityweretested further. The results showed that both the compatibility,fixation rate,color fastness to washing,perspiration and rubbing of SE reactive dyes wereperfect. Compared with regular reactive dyes,the AVITERA SE reactive dyes were energy-saving and eco-friendly,and they would have a very broad application prospect in the dyeing industry.
