摘 要:以聚氨酯、环氧树脂按不同配比接枝改性胶原蛋白合成胶原蛋白基水性胶黏剂,采用激光粒度仪、红外光谱、差示扫描量热法、拉伸等方法,分别对合成乳液的分散性、胶膜的结构、热性能、力学性能进行分析并应用于木材粘合.结果表明:合成水性胶黏剂(乳液)具有良好的流动性、分散性,聚氨酯及环氧树脂成功地接枝到胶原蛋白分子链上,胶原蛋白的接枝率随水解胶原蛋白用量的增大而减小,胶膜的耐寒性随胶黏剂中胶原蛋白含量的增加而变差,拉伸性能随胶原蛋白比例的增加先增大后减小,应用于木材粘合可满足Ⅲ类胶合板的使用要求.The collagen protein based waterborne adhesives was prepared, polyurethane and epoxy were employed to modify the hydrolyzed collagen under different proportions. Laser particle size analyzer, infrared spectrum, differential scanning calorimetry, universal tensile machine were used to analysis the particle size distribution of the emulsion, the structure, thermal properties and tensile properties of the synthetic emulsions. The waterborne adhesives were applied to wood adhesion. The results show that the synthetic waterborne adhesives (emulsions) have fine mobility and dispersity. The polyurethane and epoxy were grafted into the molecule of hydrolyzed collagen successfully. As the ratios of hydrolyzed collagen to polyurethane increase, the grating ratios and the low temperature resistance of the synthetic films decrease, the tensile property of films first increases then decreases, which can meet the usage requirements of Ⅲ type plywood.
