摘 要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为硬段,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)(Mn=2ooo)为软段,双羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,采用活性基团修饰法将姜黄素(CUR)以化学键合的方式引入到水性聚氨酯(WPU)中,合成了姜黄素改性的水性聚氨酯分散液(CUR-WPU).通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等对其结构进行了表征;通过粒径分析、热迁移率分析、荧光光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、热重(TG)分析和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其性能进行了考察.结果表明:当加入质量分数0.2%的CUR(以IPDI和PTMG的总质量计)时,CUR-WPU分散液粒径为57.31 nm,相比未改性的WPU,CUR-WPU胶膜的结晶度从2.02%下降到1.76%;当CUR-WPU质量损失为10%时,其分解温度从288℃提高到299 ℃,且其胶膜软硬段的相容性增加,微相分离程度减小.光学性能测定结果显示:CUR的引入使WPU获得荧光性能,CUR浓度在4.0×10^-6~4.0×10^-4 mol/L,CUR-WPU分散液荧光强度随CUR浓度的提高呈上升趋势,但当CUR浓度提高到4.0×10^-4 mol/L时,出现了浓度自猝灭效应.CUR-WPU分散液的荧光强度随着温度的升高呈下降趋势,猝灭剂(对苯二酚)对CUR-WPU的猝灭效应不明显.The curcumin ( CUR) was chemically bonded into waterborne polyurethane ( WPU) by reactive group modification method using isophorone di isocyanate (IPDI), 1,4-butanediol ( BDO) as hard segment, polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol ( PTMG)( Mn = 2 000) as soft segment, bishydroxymethylpropionic acid ( DMPA) as hydrophilic chain extender, thus the curcumin modified aqueous polyurethane dispersion ( CUR - WPU ) was synthesized. The structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum ( FT-IR) and ultraviolet-visidle spectrophotometer (UV-Vis). The properties were investigated by particle size analysis,thermal mobility analysis,fluorescence spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction ( XRD), thermogravimetric( TG) and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM). The results show that when adding 0. 2% CUR ( based on the total mass of IPDI and PTMG),the particle size of CUR-WPU dispersion is 57. 31 nm. Compared with unmodified WPU,the crystallinity of CUR-WPU film decreases from 2. 02% to 1. 76%.When the mass loss is 10%, the decomposition temperature increases from 288 ℃ to 299℃,and the compatibility of the soft and hard segments of the film increase, the degree of microphase separation decreases. The results of optical properties show that the introduction of CUR results in the fluorescence performance of WPU. The concentration of CUR is in the range of 4. 0×10^-6 -4. 0×10^-4 mol/L. The fluorescence intensity of CUR-WPU dispersion increases with the increase of CUR concentration. However, when the CUR concentration increases to 4. 0×10^-4 mol/L,the com centration self-quenching effect appears. The fluorescence intensity of CUR-WPU dispersion decreases with the increase of temperature, and the quenching effect of quencher hydroquinone on CUR-WPU is not obvious.
