康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者动脉血气和呼吸功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)应用康复护理干预,对呼吸功能和动脉血气的康复影响.方法:择取COPD 168例患者,随机数字表法分组,对照组84例应用常规护理,观察组84例应用康复护理,对比两组护理前后肺功能以及动脉血气指标水平变化情况,观察康复护理的临床应用价值.结果:护理前,两组肺功能和动脉血气指标水平对比无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后,两组各项观察指标水平均得到改善,而观察组PEV、PEF、PaO2、SaO2显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组PaCO2显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针对COPD患者采用康复护理,效果显著,可有效改善患者动脉血气指标,促进肺功能改善,具有较高的临床应用价值.Objective To investigate die effects of nursing intervention on respiratory function and arterial blood gas in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 168 cases of COPD in our hospital were selected as a controlled study Randomized digital table method was used.84 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 84 patients in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation nursing, And the changes in arterial blood gas index levels,to explore the clinical application value of rehabilitation nursing.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lung function and arterial blood gas index between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing,the indicators of the two groups were improved,while the indicators of the observation group were PEV, PEF, PaO2,SaO2.It was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the PaCO2 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with COPD has significant nursing effect,which can effectively improve the level of arterial blood gas index and promote the improvement of lung function.It has high clinical application value.
