输卵管造影检查中三维与二维超声的诊断价值比较

摘　　要：目的:比较输卵管造影检查中三维与二维超声的诊断价值.方法:收集我院接受输卵管造影检查的不孕症60例患者,随机分为:研究组(采取三维超声检查)和对照组(采取二维超声检查).以腹腔镜下美兰通染液试验为金标准,分析比较研究组和对照组输卵管通畅检查情况,诊断灵敏度及特异度.结果:三维超声检查提示研究组52条通畅,8条为不通畅;二维超声检查提示对照组43条通畅,17条不通畅;研究组诊断灵敏度及特异度均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05).结论:与二维超声相比,三维超声对于输卵管造影检查的灵敏度及特异度较高.Objective To investigate the difference between three-dimensional and two-dimensional ultrasound in salpingography Methods The infertile women who underwent salpingography in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:study group(3-D ultrasound)and control group(2-D ultrasound). According to the gold standard of Meilan dye test under laparoscopy;the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the study group and the control group were analyzed by using different examination methods in the study group and the control group to examine the patency of fallopian tubes.Results In the study group,52 cases were unobstructed and 8 cases were diagnosed as patency in the study group, and 43 in the control group were indicated by the two-dimensional ultrasound examination. The sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis in the study group and the control group were higher than those in the control group and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound,three-dimensional ultrasound has higher sensitivity and specificity for salpingography.
